Increasing physical therapy can be easy. Small daily changes in lifestyle can add up to significant health benefits. Simply parking further away in a parking lot, walking to get the mail, or taking the stairs are easy ways to add physical activity every day. Finding hobbies that increase activity are extremely effective. Playing a recreational sport, hiking, or walking the dog can all be healthy hobbies. Looking for a hobby that can be done in groups can also help add motivation to increasing activity. Doing yard work, cleaning, or projects at home can also be seen as increasing physical activity. Stretching periodically throughout the day is an easy way to add physical activity while increasing physical flexibility and wellbeing.
